Bexar County Probate Attorney

Bexar County runs three statutory probate courts, all downtown at the Bexar County Courthouse. Cases are assigned at filing, so you do not choose your court. Each judge runs their docket a little differently, and knowing those differences before you file is most of the job.

Bexar County borders Comal, Guadalupe, Wilson, Atascosa, Medina, Bandera, and Kendall counties, and families near those lines are routinely surprised to learn which county actually has jurisdiction over a loved one's estate.
